The La Cienega Valley Library is a 100% volunteer-run rural library serving the historic communities of La Cienega and La Cieneguilla. We offer not only a wide variety of books for adults, teens, and children but also computer and printer access, as well as public programs that encourage learning, preserve local heritage, and create a community gathering place.

The La Cienega Valley Library has a seven-member volunteer board. We currently have five members and two vacancies:

Meetings
La Cienega Valley Library board meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month, 6:30–8 p.m., in the library. Notice of the meetings is posted at the La Cienega Community Center. The public is always welcome.
